We ship all orders across India through Fship, which works with courier partners like Delhivery, Ekart, and BlueDart to get your order to you as fast as possible.

When will my order be dispatched?

• Prepaid orders are packed and dispatched within 24-48 hours of placing the order

• COD orders are dispatched within 48-72 hours after a quick verification call or message

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are picked up the next working day

How long will delivery take?

• Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, etc.): 3-5 business days

• Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5-7 business days

• Remote or rural areas: 7-10 business days

These are estimates. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location and courier performance. Festivals and peak seasons can cause delays.

Shipping charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders - no minimum order value

• COD orders may have a small handling fee, which will be shown clearly at checkout

• No hidden charges. What you see at checkout is what you pay

Order tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link on WhatsApp or email

• Tracking usually goes live within 24 hours of dispatch

What if my order hasn't arrived?

If your tracking shows 'Delivered' but you haven't received the package, please contact us within 48 hours. We'll raise a complaint with the courier immediately and keep you updated. Most such cases are resolved within 3-5 working days.
